The All-Access Pass is for MSPs only. Failure to choose the correct pass type could result in the cancellation of your pass.

Cancellations for full refunds will be accepted through 9 February, 2026*. After that, no refunds will be issued, however, you can send someone in your place if you cannot attend. If the event is canceled by ConnectWise, registrants will receive a full refund. 

HOTELS, AIRFARE AND TRANSPORTATION ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE CONFERENCE.

*All-Access Passes purchased at the Super Early Bird rate are NON-REFUNDABLE. The pass may only be transferred to another person for the same event in the same year. Credits for future events will not be issued.
